No Returns
All sales made through Ahan Foundation are final. We do not accept returns on any items, including:
- Handcrafted products
- Customized or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items

No Refunds
As part of our mission to support individuals with disabilities, we do not offer refunds for purchases. Once a product is sold, the payment is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for dissatisfaction.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer returns or refunds, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at ahanfoundation.in@gmail.com. In such cases, we will review the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a replacement or repair of the product at no extra cost. Proof of the defect or damage, such as photos, will be required for evaluation.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any items unless a product is damaged or defective as described above.
